In Italian, Avanti means 'move forward' and at Avanti Hair Studio, we pride ourselves on constantly moving forward, keeping up with the latest trends and techniques so we can provide you with an exceptional experience every time you walk through our doors. With decades of combined knowledge, you can experience new indulgences at our Delta location all while enjoying the warm and welcoming atmosphere of our hair salon and staff.
We treat everyone that walks through our doors as family and the experience doesn't end when you leave. All the products we use in the studio are the products we carry for sale and we will teach you how you can recreate your fresh new hair style at home. covid-19 information
According to the Provincial Health Office, “Salons, hairdressers and barbers” do NOT require proof of vaccination for guests to be allowed entrance or service within our business.
Avanti Hair Studio will no longer require face coverings to enter the salon; however, you may continue to wear one based on your own personal choice.

late arrivals:
Time is one of the foundations of our industry. An appointment arriving late has an effect on future bookings, it is unfair to expect other clients who arrive on time to wait, have a rushed appointment, or worse have to reschedule (many do since they have other appointments). It is also unfair to put our guest services staff in an unpleasant position of dealing with upset or angry clients. A client who arrives late for their appointment will be offered a simplified service to ensure the next appointment can be taken on time. (We will do what we can with the time we have) Any client who arrives more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and will need to reschedule the appointment.
no shows:
No-Shows affect the operation and cost of the business. Unfortunately most clients assume not showing up for their appointment is not a big deal. A no-show in our business means;
-A client who wanted an appointment is not able to take advantage of that time
-The stylist is deprived of possible commission, gratuities, ect.
-The Guest services staff is scrambling to reorganize the appointments, breaks, ect.
-Substantial loss for the business in lost revenue. Each 1 hour appointment slot is a possible $43.00- $63.00 loss (haircut charge). Even with a 10% no show rate (which is extremely conservative) adds up to a significant loss to the business.
Any no-show appointment for a color service will forfeit their deposit, and any no-show service may be liable to pay a portion of the missed service.
